Housing Specialist

JOB TITLE:                          Housing Specialist   (FACT Team Member)       

REPORTS TO:                     Team Leader

DEPARTMENT:                   Clinical

CLASSIFICATION:             Non-Exempt             

HOURS:                             35 hours per week

SALARY: 48,000.00

QUALIFICATIONS:            

Master’s degree or higher in social work, psychology, rehabilitation counseling (if rehabilitation counselor, C.R.C. preferred). A valid and clean NY State driver license. Minimum 1 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting.  Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health.

JOB FUNCTION: 

Provide direct services with a focus on housing needs on a mobile, multi-disciplinary treatment team for persons with severe and persistent mental illness.
