Looking for an Office Receptionist
/ Administrator Assistant 
for Busy Plumbing
Contracting Firm.
 

Must be able to Multi-Task

Handle Telephones speak clearly, able to schedule service calls.

Knowledge of the Plumbing trade with the NYC Building Department,

Fire Department, DEP, National Grid, Con Edison a plus  

Experience with the following:

Quickbooks, Outlook Calendar, Excel

Willing to train in all areas.
