Call Center Customer Service Representative
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Good listening skills A clear speaking voice Sound understanding of computer navigation
Ability to accurately record information / enter data in a computer application
HOURS : The call center is operational all seven days a week. Work schedule may include at least one weekend day. Evening and Overnight Hours available.
RATE OF PAY: $16.00

Minimum 1 year Customer Service Skills
Professional and able to provide completed Educational Documents
HSD or GED required
Must pass a verbal test given by the employer
Employer has a vaccination requirement
Shifts: 2PM – 10PM and 4PM-12AM
The facility is conveniently located inside the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park.
Walking distance from the N and R lines as well as the B9, B11, and B37 lines. Also centrally located to the BQE and Belt Parkway as well as the NYC ferry stopping at Sunset Park Brooklyn.
