refinancings, corp. financings, acq. of debt portfolios. Prepare, review,
negot. primary transact. documentation, incl. debt & eq. commitment ltrs,
credit agr., security agr., pledge agr., guarantee agr., deposit acct control
agr., fee ltrs, term sheets, lgl opinions. Advise clients re: assignment of
debt & agency. Prepare agency assessment docs & related notices. Advise
clients re: pay-off of credit facilities, preparing rel. payoff & security
release docs. $365,000 per year. Req’mts: JD or foreign equiv. or LLB or
foreign equiv. NY Bar. 3 yrs of exp. in position or 3 yrs of alternate
