moderate rehabilitation project located at 1711 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, New
York.
New York State certified MBE, WBE and
SDVOB contractors and suppliers are invited to participate in bidding the work in the following
trades:
o Asbestos Abatement
o Concrete (site work and stair repairs)
o Masonry Façade Restoration
o Interiors (Carpentry, Finishes)
Roofing
o Kitchen Cabinets & Countertops
o Plumbing Work
o Mechanical / HVAC
o Boiler Replacement
o
Electrical
Eligible businesses may need to demonstrate that they are responsible and have the
ability to perform successfully under the terms and conditions of proposed
