(New York, NY) Rep. clients in entertainment, energy, tech.,
fin. inv. industries in antitrust-rel. litigation, investigations, transact.
matters. Prepare briefs for motion pract., prepare for oral args. Prepare
written discovery requests & responses. Oversee doc. review & prod.
process. Prepare written communications to reg. agencies, opposing counsel.
Take depos, prepare fact & expert witnesses for depos. Prepare documentary &
narrative responses to fed. & state govts’ civil & crim. subpoenas.
Attend preliminary inj. hearings & jury trials. Discuss factual findings,
legal opinions, strategic options w/ clients. Advise on antitrust-rel. matters
in negot. of M&A transact. Liaise w/ int’l lgl teams to obtain merger
clearance in foreign JDs. Prepare advocacy submissions to DOJ & FTC seeking
merger clearance. $260,000 per year. Req’mts: JD or foreign equiv., NY Bar, 2
yrs of exp. in position or 2 yrs. of alternate occupational exp. performing complex
