development & financing of complex energy & infrastructure projects,
incl. establishment of asset-based loans & notes, cash flow credit
facilities in context of project development, construction, and operation &
acq. of project portfolios. Provide lgl & strat. advice & guidance to
clients particip. in these project finance transact. Negot. & prepare
finance, security, project docs. $310,000 per year. Req’mts: JD or foreign
