(New York, NY) Represent international & dom. financial
inst., corps., directors & officers in litig. matters incl. trade secret
disputes, insolvency disputes, shareholder litig., IP & unfair competition
litig. Prepare pleadings, motions, lgl briefs, procedural docs. for court
filings. Represent clients in depositions, at trial, in arbitration hearings.
Develop case strategies & evidentiary records. Oversee doc. review &
production in response to doc. requests & subpoenas. Assist experts w/ preparation
of expert reports. Examine witnesses & argue motions & dispositive
matters in court & in arbitration hearings. Negotiate settlement agreemts.
& assoc. docs. w/ opposing parties. $260,000 per year. Req’mts: JD or foreign
equiv., NY Bar, 2 yrs of exp. in position or 2 yrs. of alternate occupational
