actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, M&A cases, civil & criminal investig.
by SEC, FTC, other reg. authorities. Prepare clients & their directors,
officers, employees for interviews by reg. authorities, for depositions, for
direct & cross examination at trial. Defend & take depositions & direct
& cross examination at trial.
Prepare motions & other pre-trial pleadings. Argue dispositive &
pre-trial motions. Oversee discovery process. Identify experts on topics incl. loss
causation, corp. governance, fiduciary duties & prepare expert reports.
Review publ. disclosures, incl. SEC filings, to ensure accurate disclosure of
pertinent pending litig. $390,000 per year. Req’mts: JD or foreign equiv., NY
